Any request that materially changes or expands the original requirements may be considered a change request.
Additional requirements may result in additional development costs and changes to the delivery timeline.
KarmaKoders will communicate significant changes to cost or timeline before proceeding with additional material work.
3 . Proposals and Estimates
Project quotations, development estimates, and timelines are based on the information available when they are prepared.
Estimates may change if:- Project requirements change

- Previously unknown technical limitations are discovered
- Required information is delayed
- Client approvals are delayed
- The project scope changes
A proposal or quotation does not require KarmaKoders to begin work until The applicable commercial arrangements have been accepted.
4 . Payments and Milestones
Projects may be divided into development phases or milestones.

KarmaKoders may require an advance payment or funded milestone before beginning development.

5 . Late or Outstanding Payments

Work may resume after outstanding payments have been resolved, subject to team availability.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing the information, materials, access, and approvals reasonably required to complete their project.
This may include:
- Project requirements
- Business rules
- Content
- Images
- Branding assets
- Account access
- API credentials
- Third-party service access
- Feedback
- Testing results
- Approvals
- Payment information
- Other necessary project resources
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to provide and use all materials supplied to KarmaKoders.
Delays in receiving required information, access, feedback, approvals, or Payments may affect the project delivery schedule.
7. Development Timeline
KarmaKoders will make reasonable efforts to complete projects according to agreed timelines.
Unless specifically guaranteed in a separate written agreement, project Timelines are estimates.
Delivery dates may be affected by the following:- Scope changes

- Third-party services
- Technical dependencies
- Platform approvals

- External service outages

8 . Revisions and Change Requests

Clients are responsible for reviewing delivered work and reporting material issues during the agreed testing or review period.
Defects that cause agreed functionality not to operate as specified will be evaluated and corrected where covered by the applicable project agreement.
Requests for new functionality, additional features, or changed behavior are not considered software defects.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement, ownership of Custom project deliverables created specifically for a client will Transfer to the client after all applicable project fees have been paid in full.

Clients may request that confidential or commercially sensitive Information shall not be publicly disclosed.
12. Confidentiality
Both KarmaKoders and the client may receive confidential or proprietary information during a project.
KarmaKoders will take reasonable measures to protect confidential client information.
Confidential information will not intentionally be disclosed to unauthorised third parties except where disclosure is

KarmaKoders cannot guarantee the availability, performance, pricing, or continued functionality of third-party services.
Unless otherwise agreed, fees charged by third-party service providers are the client's responsibility.
14. Artificial Intelligence Services
Some projects may use artificial intelligence, machine learning models, large language models, generative AI, or third-party AI services.
AI-generated results may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, or unsuitable for a particular purpose.
KarmaKoders does not guarantee that third-party AI systems will always produce accurate or deterministic results.
AI functionality should be evaluated according to the project's intended use and risk level.
Third-party AI services may also be subject to their own terms, policies, pricing, and usage limitations.
15. Hosting, Domains and Infrastructure
Unless specifically included in the agreed project scope, the following are not automatically included in development fees:
- Domain registration
- Web hosting
- Cloud infrastructure
- Email services
- SSL certificates
- Third-party subscriptions
- Paid APIs
- External software licences
- Other recurring services
Where KarmaKoders assists with these services, third-party charges may apply separately.
Clients should maintain appropriate ownership and administrative access to their production accounts wherever practical.
16. Security
KarmaKoders follows reasonable software development and security practices appropriate to the agreed project scope.
However, no website, mobile application, server, network, API, cloud environment, database, or digital system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
After project handover, clients are responsible for maintaining appropriate operational security unless ongoing security or maintenance Services are included in a separate agreement.
This may include:
- Credential management
- Software updates
- Access control
- Backups
- Security monitoring
- Infrastructure maintenance
- Dependency updates
17. Maintenance and Support
Post-launch maintenance and technical support are included only when specifically stated in the applicable project agreement.

20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KarmaKoders will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of our website or services.

- Business opportunities
- Data
- Customers
- Goodwill
Any limitation of liability specifically agreed in a separate client A contract or statement of work will take precedence over this general website provision.

21. Cancellation and Termination
Either party may terminate a project according to the termination provisions contained in the applicable project agreement.
If a project is terminated, the client remains responsible for payment for:
